What We Check
It’s More Than the Forecast
We assess the conditions together. Dry weather alone does not mean an outdoor setup is safe.
Rain & Showers
Heavy or persistent rain can create water, mud and electrical risks. A short dry spell may not be enough if more rain is expected.
Wind & Gusts
Unsafe wind or gusts can prevent a setup, even when it’s dry. We assess wind conditions separately.

Saturated, muddy, frozen or unsuitable ground can prevent safe anchoring and make the entrance area unsafe.

How We Keep You Updated
We Review Conditions
As your date approaches, we check the forecast and setup conditions.
We Contact You
If conditions are uncertain or unsafe, we explain the situation and give you as much notice as reasonably possible. The final decision may need to be close to the event.
We Discuss Your Options
If the outdoor setup cannot go ahead, we can discuss another available date or a suitable indoor alternative.
Safety comes first. We will not install an outdoor inflatable in unsafe conditions, even if your event is about to start.
Your Indoor Backup
The Party Can Move Indoors
Our Indoor Party Package brings the music, lights and VIP entrance to your home or suitable venue.
- JBL speaker, disco lights and lighting stand
- Smoke machine, where suitable and permitted
- Red carpet, gold posts and ropes
No inflatable nightclub is included. Switching is optional and subject to availability and a suitable indoor space.

Can I book outdoor hire for November or December?
Outdoor bookings for November and December 2026 are not available through our booking form. Contact us to discuss your plans, or explore our Indoor Party Package.
When will I know if my outdoor booking can go ahead?
We aim to give reasonable notice, but may need to review conditions close to your event to make a safe decision.
What if the weather changes on the day?
If conditions become unsafe, we may need to cancel or rearrange the outdoor setup. We’ll discuss the available options with you.
Do I have to switch to the indoor package?
No. It is an optional alternative, subject to availability and a suitable indoor space. We can also discuss another available date.
